FAQs
When you purchase a license, you obtain the right to use the software. The valid duration depends on the version you purchased. You can still use the software after the license expires, but some features will be restricted.
We support license migration. Reach out to [email protected] if you need to transfer your license; one migration service is available annually.
Licenses are virtual goods, so refunds are generally not offered. We recommend you fully test the trial license before purchasing. If your license has not been bound to any device after purchase, please contact [email protected].
Each license is valid for only one NAS unit. If you own multiple NAS devices, you will need to purchase a separate license for each unit.
FygoOS is a one-time purchase product. - Trial and Plus: You can continue using the software after expiration, but the number of available users and hard drives will be restricted. - Lifetime: Permanently valid.
You do not need to log in to a Fygo account to purchase a license. However, an account is required when activating the license for your NAS. This way, if any issues occur with your license, you can sync it back to your NAS from the cloud via your Fygo account.
