After purchase, you will receive a product key by email. On the device where you want to activate Seek, sign in to your Fygo account and open FygoOS > System Settings > License. Select Add License, choose product key activation, enter the key, and confirm. Then open Seek > Settings > Plan Features and refresh the license status to check the active plan and expiration date.
Yes. Update FygoOS to version 1.2.0800 or later. Fygo Seek appears in App Center only on a supported FygoOS version, after which you can install it.
Direct plan changes between purchased licenses are not currently supported. For upgrades or other licensing needs, contact us at [email protected].
When the license expires, Seek returns to Personal. Your data, projects, and saved settings are not deleted. Users, Collections, Share Links, and paid features above the Personal limits will be restricted. The affected settings are restored after you upgrade or renew.
No. Fygo Seek purchases are non-refundable. A 30-day free trial is available, so please use the trial to confirm that Fygo Seek meets your needs and works with your device before purchasing.
After purchase, you will receive an order email containing a form for your invoice information. Complete and submit the form with the requested billing details. If the email does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact support.
